Pombe 1

Pombe is a cheetah living at the San Diego Safari Park and she's very special to me. This is my first colored scratchboard! I have hundreds of photos of Pombe and her sisters and I knew immediately that this pose was going to be the one I made the big leap for. Pombe 1 was first unveiled in the Fine Art Show at the San Diego County Fair in 2009 and she won a top prize.

Limited Edition Prints are currently being sold at Celebration Fine Art Gallery. Limited Editions are printed on actual scratchboard and then hand scratched making each one unique and individual. The gallery is located in the US Grant Hotel in San Diego, or you can visit them at www.celebrationfineart.com
